You’ve just described a majority of the Democratic party as well. Don’t forget a majority here was certain that Joe Biden was more dynamic than he’d ever been, and later convinced that supporting Israel’s genocide and neocons would win Kamala the election.

It isn’t subjective. Voters will tell you why they didn’t turn out or voted third party. The economy is important, but Harris turning to Mark Cuban to push establishment messaging wasn’t a good selling point either.

The arsonist in this scenario would be the corporate Democrat consultants and Kamala herself. You run the same campaign in 4 more years and you’ll get another Republican. It is time for self-reflection and people to demand change in the Democratic party. Failing to do that is exactly why Trump got re-elected.

This was totally the fault of Democrats. They are the reason they lost. Blaming anyone else or acting like it was just a coincidence is nothing more than denying reality. Israel and the Cheney parade definitely played a role. The negative ads targeting progressives like Jill Stein played a role. Kamala hiding from progressive networks that would ask real questions played a role. The Democratic party has become nothing more than a dysfunctional corporate bureaucracy that thinks they can convince everyone that shit is gold.

That’s not how I saw the photo. I didn’t see it as being a Republican on one side and Democrat on the other. I saw it being an establishment Democrat on one side and a Bernie-like progressive on the other.

You missed my point entirely. My point was that we wouldn’t have Trump had Democrats focused on popular progressive messaging and not the align with the Cheney’s, always support genocide, pro-corporate messaging.

The only one being naive here is you. I don’t think it will stop cause Trump won. It will likely get worse. Democrats could have stopped it though, but their “we’re terrible, but the other guy is worse” messaging isn’t as effective as “no more genocide.”

Agreed 100%. It’s the refusal to self-reflect and attacks on anyone who dare to question that turns people away. Not only is Bill Clinton a terrible campaign messenger, but he was chastising Arab-americans in Michigan for being against genocide. Just like Obama was blaming black men.

I don’t think the white guy thing is as important as at least he would have been someone that wasn’t directly tied to the White House that has been lying about genocide for the last year, or apartheid for the last 4 years.

I’m sorry, forgive me if I don’t take advice from the party that just lost. After Kamala picked Walz she was up by more than 5 points in many states that she was trailing in at the end of her campaign. People skip voting when you pick unpopular policies like Praise the Cheney’s, No Different than Zionist Joe, Billionaire Mark Cuban Is the Greatest, and Hollywood Loves Me.

Democrats will take no responsibility for why they lost.

It is called democracy when you can’t force people to do what you want.

Genocide-enabling establishment cultist can’t figure out why they lost, but sure everyone who tried to get them to see the end result if they didn’t change their tune are the the agent provocateurs.

In other words, the people that refused to cater to the cultic cognitive dissonance are to blame and Democrats will learn nothing.
