Honestly no idea why editors give shit random names instead of using the terms git uses.

I fucking HATE when abstractions over git use cutesy names that git doesn’t use.

I remember a movie called Caffeine from when I was a kid and one of the characters had a nervous bladder. One of his friends kept telling him it might be prostate cancer (while he was trying to pee) and it only made him more frustrated and nervous.

Later in the movie, someone is being mean to him and he just snaps and lies saying, “You know what? I’ve got cancer! So back off!”

I hate when people use that line as some sort of proof that scientists are fools. It’s like, do y’all really think scientists are looking at bees and crying over equations that the bees (that predated any and all forms of math done by humans) somehow are making them reevaluate.

If he’s from California then my vote counts a little more because my state has less population. The smaller the state’s population the more their vote counts.

It’s been bizarre realizing people are (likely) pathological liars (alor at least massive bullshitters). It’s like, wow, you sure do seem to always have an interesting story to tell in every situation. Every situation.

I really fucked up my lawn by putting red clover down in addition to white. Red clover is perineal and grows tall and falls flat on its side. It decays into this horrible straw like shit. I hate it. Horrible horrible decision.

Because it’s sort of fucked for a few years I guess, I’ve been a lot more hands off with leaves. Because hey, even if it kills off some of the stuff there then that’s fine by me. I think I only mowed once this year. I only blow leaves off the driveway and onto the yard.

This summer I’ll see the fruits of my labor. I’m really curious to see if there are substantially more fireflies.

Depending on where you live you may need to be more perceptive. In the southeast US what most people think are bumblebees are actually carpenter bees.
