I dont have the list anymore, but everything I bought was TP-Link cause TP-Link appeared very frequently in the list from what i recall.

They were looking for a reason to de-person him, to take him apart, and to build loads more like him to be used as slave labor in mines and other dangerous places.

Are a good idea, yes.

Many places intentionally hamper them to make them useless to perpetuate the idea of government incompetence and to deny the peasantry easy of access and transport, though.

Especially when they are slower than just straight up walking.
