Is that one of those terrible Kmart Halloween costumes that puts a picture of the character on your chest?

A lot of the old pulp heroes were rich guys dressing up to stop crime. The Shadow, the Phantom, Green Hornet, etc. It’s fun seeing one of the failed ones that did the same thing. Batman just happened to be the one that caught on. It’s great how similar this is.

This is something I say to myself quite often.
