I see, the end of every work day is a sad day. I think I understand now.
it’s all a matter of perspective
my job finished up last week and now this is every day and it is glorious.
Wow, Lvl21 on printables, you have my respect.
Thanks. Its the hobby that got me through lockdown.
This is all I feel capable of doing, but I don’t know where I can get help. I tried going inpatient and got physically assaulted and then fired from my job.
Try to get a mental health case manager if you can, they can connect you with lots of different resources.
I’ve been trying to find one. There are not a lot of resources here - to the point where the DOJ is investigating local lack of access to mental health care as a statewide civil rights violation.
God damn that’s terrible. I’m so sorry. The state I’m in in the Midwest is low on personnel too but at least it’s just a matter of waiting vs never knowing if you’ll have one.
- Talk to a trusted friend or relative.
- Ask them to help you set small goals like: 1) identify a couple mental health providers or life coaches or similar, 2) give some of them an initial call, 3) pick 1-2 to follow up with.
- Ask your trusted friend or relative to help you stay on track to accomplish those goals.
What do you mean sad? For me that’s a fun weekend.
