  • Ordered CFA with a friend a few weeks ago, an hour and a half later and it still hadn’t arrived. My friend canceled their order and we drove out to CFA and ordered it in person, it was less than $30 USD. That’s when they mentioned that the new order was less than half of what they were charged on DoorDash.

    It blew my mind, they said it was close to $80 for two large chicken nuggets (whatever count that is) with two large fries, an OJ and a large fountain drink. The place was literally under 10 minutes away, they charged more than 2.5x for it, and it hadn’t even arrived in an hour and a half. DoorDash is terrible.





  • In Atlanta, GA (USA), I was running on the Beltline (our huge walkable sidewalk path that circles through the city) and passed a homeless guy… shitting. Pants down to his ankles and squatting a foot off the path in some leaves. Everything exposed, just dropping a load.

    Edit: another good one, but like 20 years ago. One of my last years in HS, my GF and I went to this local sit in pizza joint with some friends and got a window seat. And I kid you not, some fucking 6-10 year old walks up to the wall outside of our window, drops his pants and whips out his pecker, and starts peeing on the wall less than a foot away from our table inside.









  • Running’s a hobby, right? A healthy one at that. I started running 3-4 miles almost daily since August, lost a good 15-20* pounds at my peak this year, and just this week I joined the big running clubs in the city on the Strava app AND did the big weekly Monday Night Run. I also did 3.5 miles Monday morning and then the 5.5 mile run with the group that evening. That 5.5 is the furthest I’ve run since I picked running back up as a hobby. A friend of mine has wanted to get me to 10 miles, but even when I was running in my 20s I stopped at around 6 because of knee issues. Idk if I’ll get to 10, but I like where my pace is and that I can get to 6 miles now.

    Also, tomorrow’s the Thanksgiving 5k I signed up for the other day, so that’s this week too.

    After the new year I think I’m going to change my race preference from 5Ks to 10Ks. I’ve been going to a race once every 2-3 weeks, pretty much.
