There’s a lot of “all or nothing” thinking here. Have you tried talking this out with a therapist you trust at all?

When Cruella goes to buy the puppies there were only about 6 puppies. This was the inciting incident that made her lose her shit and start kidnapping puppies from all over. Cruella is the one who gathers the 101 puppies together.
