The lack of a computer and presence of paper stuffs makes me think oldish. As does the potato quality. But, that chair appears like an obvious computer chair. And my man there has a timeless, rugged handsomeness that could make this anytime since color photography was invented.

Edit: I did I reverse image search and the oldest link I was able to find was Dec 29th, 2018. Doesn’t really tell me the age of the picture.
