I have had Plex running in Windows 10 for years. In its current form it is cloned from another older system. I’ve looked plenty and there’s no seemless way I’ve found to move a Plex instance from windows to Linux, and I don’t want to have to re-add and retagg my Terabytes of shows, movies, and other material, or disrupt my users. Soon it’s going to be a Windows VM because I don’t know what else to do.
I don’t know anything about Plex, but I know people have written scripts for migrating Jellyfin databases and installations. Are there no scripts like that for Plex?
