Just to put that into perspective: the Alaska purchase in 1867 was 2.7 Million dollars, roughly 153.5 Million dollars in today’s money.
To be fair, that did require a $42 billion initial investment a couple years prior to enable.
That initial investment was for bringing down western societies in general, so you have to split that up proportionately.
Also, it garnered him “friendship” with Putin. I write friendship in apostrophes because these sociopaths are incapable of grasping the actual concept. Putin is useful to Musk and vice versa. And each thinks he has the advantage over the other. Same with Musk-Trump and Trump-Putin.
