I agree with you, but I just want to point out that I’m gradually trying to cut out phrases like " good Lord " from my vocabulary and it’s been a struggle. Please consider good Lucifer, good golly Ms Molly, or good Cthulhu instead. Have a nice day.

Hummingbirds are fucking incredible. They can literally hover, fly backwards, fly inverted, fly silently, or flap their wings loud enough to generate sound waves as a mating ritual. They’re like miniature f-18s dog fighting constantly.
Start with stardew valley and thank me later.
Nah they’ll just label him as schizophrenic and put him on some antipsychotic drugs.
You’re arguing in bad faith and I’m not going to put up with your stupid straw man. Your statement was that it requires 700 kilowatt hours for a single transaction and that is blatantly false. You seem to ignore the obvious fact that Bitcoin can be transferred unlimited number of times and you do not have to re-mine the Bitcoin every single time you transfer it. As I said earlier, I already agree with you that Bitcoin sucks and you’re wasting your time arguing with me over semantics.
He is wildly incorrect because he phrased it in an intentionally deceitful manner. It does not require 700 kilowatt hours of energy to transfer one Bitcoin one time. The verbiage quote “single transaction”, is the entire problem with OPs post.
I’m actually kind of proud of them for nominating her for that exact reason. It does give me some hope that in the Post Trump future women will be seen as real people.
You have no idea what you’re talking about, or else you’re intentionally misleading people. Transferring Bitcoin in a single transaction takes nowhere near as much power as mining it. Yes, BTC is stupid and terrible for the environment, but you don’t need to lie about the stats.
BAAH. BA Ba ba BAH!
I’m not into programming, and I’m an LGBTQIA Ally. Just genuinely curious. Are 90% of Linux users really young white femboys with anime body pillows? Or is Lemmy just a heavily skewed demographic?
Prions are just like seasoning right?
