That’s Titus from Kimmy Schmidt (Titus the actor also played D’Fwan on 30 Rock) but yes to both lol.
Season 1 of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt had a very “30 Rock” feel. A great spiritual successor. Subsequent seasons really helped the show become its own. Though I prefer 30 Rock, I did still like Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt for its own strengths!
