I have this a a sticker. I also have my machine always ready to ship to the client, if they will kindly return the previous one.
I used to work in local television news production and one of the most common occurrences was something not working, someone calling engineering, and then it starting to work when the engineer walked in the room.
Happened today with a password prompt. He didn’t think he could type the wrong password 3 times.
Fear will keep them in line.
